I like Mars... I don't think it needs a face lift!

Bye Bye Mars
Mars are spending 7.5 million pound on remarketing the faithful Mars bar to appeal as a 'treat' to women.
The nougat will be more 'fluffier', like old milky way.
The wrapper will change.
And the slogan 'a mars a day helps you work, rest and play' is to be dropped after donkeys years.
The new slogan will be 'Pleasure you can't measure'
To top it off the new bar weighs 62.5g instead of 65g.
One thing we can be guaranteed of is that the price won't go down.
A traversty!

Its disgusting why cant they leave things that are right as they are.

The damned thing has already shrunk from the size I remember it to be, and now they want to mess about with it further?

It deserves to be cancelled, it used to be nice but it got a similar 'makeover' a few years ago and they took all the taste out (used to be malty like malteasers), then it just became a chocolatey camramely stodgy log.
Seems they are making it even less like what it used to be, ah well, there are other choccie bars in the ocean

Never really liked Mars ..... unless frozen and cut up into ickle slices and mixed in with icecream (now thats yummy)

Hmm, I can't say I'll miss it.
I've been put off them for life by using them as hike food too often. 10 in one day & you really get sick of them.

Its worse than the Starburst/opal fruits thing! A mars a day...was a cool slogan. Lets just hope they dont change the name to "Marathon"

i know its shocking, plus i couldnt believe they got rid of king size ones, the new big ones are rubbish the king size ones used to be thicker and wider, the new big ones are just 1 and a half mars' stuck together bah!
