I came across this earlier on the BBC website about a girl called Rachel who is trying to write down her experiences about the bombing on the tube.

Apparently she had originally been writing on her usual internet communities, but is now posting daily via the BBC site below

From the day of the bombing, through to the after effect, many of us don't pay attention to things happening around us on a day to day basis. But I wonder how many things/people I would recognise if something dreadful happened in an instance. She mentions that for her first trip back she hopes to

look at my fellow passengers, as I said last night, and if I start to have a panic attack I will just break the Don't Talk We're Londoners rule of London Tube-travelling and say "I'm feeling scared, can you help me?".

Mostly, what amazes me is the clarity and strength that you can feel under the obvious emotions of surviving such an ordeal. The determination, many recent stories have talked about the Blitz generation and Rachel mentions that here too.

Definitely read it in the right order though. It certainly bought a tear to my eye reading this individual story.
