This is likely the same as the issue with the security flaw that "appeared" the day XP SP2 was released. What of course was never mentioned was that the company involved had been beta testing for months and so knew exactly what to do to create that flaw (also that they had in fact breached their contract by doing so but meh). I'd imagine that the hacker involved knew about this flaw from the Longhorn HECs (I refuse to call it Vista) and was checking to see if the problem was still there. Of course the media would never tell the whole truth would they.
Windows Vista Viruses
Windows Vista has only just started it's Beta 1 period and already a hacker in Australia has created viruses, utilising holes in Microsoft's new command shell.
Of course, it *is* only a beta version and the operating system will change a bit before release in *cough* late 2006 *cough*, but this is a bit of a blow to Microsoft when security is one of the features they're saying they are concentrating on.
