I'm drunk again, and as such, have been unable to make it to Peel Night at the local club. But yeah... he was the most amazing guy and needs a thread.
This is the guy who used to talk me to sleep with his amazing taste in music and I can't believe I missed night in his tribute.
He was the first and only 'celebrity' whose death I cried about. And I might cry again soon, because today has been an overload of his awesomeness.

To be honest I only heard about it literally a couple of days beforehand, so didn't have much notice. That and had a gig the night before so was a bit knackered lol

sorry i thought he was a bit of a head up his own backside scouse wally with really bad taste in music ( i must state that is my opinion and no offence is meant to any one who thought he was great as he did bring through some great bands but there more crap bands that never made it than great ones that did in my humble opinion) at the risk
