Moneysaving expert - cheaper fuel

Found something in the moneysaving expert newsletter that people might find interesting. It is a newly set up card that aims to deliver cheaper fuel to the masses which is called the Pipeline card. At the moment they are still gathering members and if they have enough they can approach the fuel companies to get everyone that holds the card a discount.
I don't know if there are any more of these type of schemes around in the UK but I figured that everyone with a car (for which the boss doesn't pay the petrol) would be interested in a 5 - 10p discount per litre.
