I think ASDA might well be the only place I can afford to buy one!
Supermarket Houses
As a spinoff from the chav love hearts thread, I thought this warrented it's very own discussion!
ASDA, those cheeky chappies with the chav sweets have decided that something else you should be able to buy on your weekly shop is a 3 bed semi
The chain is trialling this crazy idea in Sunderland, for some strange reason (in my opinion the folks of Sunderland aren't representative of the general population and I'm allowed to say that as half of my family's from oop there) and will then be rolling it out across the nation towards the end of the year.

So, would you ever consider buying your house from your local supermarket, or is this just another one of their crazy ideas that will quickly go down the pan?

Seems like after years of cutting companies back to their core business they are extending again. To be honest I'm not too susprised about this seeing that more and more people sell their houses online because of the reduced fees etc. However many people want a service in between, they want a party they can trust yet they don't want to pay the high estate agent fees. If you can sell everything from food / drinks to kitchen appliances and insurance why not houses as well
are they going to be doing something like a BOGOF or 3 for £10??
still about the only way i could afford a house...
