The phenomenon of the outsourced call-centre in India has brought about a wave of inspiration in books, movies and TV, according to the Observer.
I don't know about you, but I think I like any training programme that tells you "a 35-year-old [customer's] brain and IQ is the same as a 10-year-old [call-centre operator's] brain. This will help you understand your clients", soooo much better than the call-centre training I got
