I only heard of Goldie Lookin' Chain last weekend coz two guys were arguing about the responsibility thay should have as role models at Kats BBQ.
Goldie Lookin' Chain/Reading Fest
Ok, not many do, but these guys get on my chaps. Saw them very briefly (That was all I needed) on MTV2's review of the Reading Festival.
Speaking of, I also saw highlights of Green Day's set and I can safely say that I would kill to see these guys live. The vocals were spot on and the instrumentals (Of what I saw) didn't miss a note.
Anyone else see the highlights or get nrked off with the GLC posse?

I preferred Chris Moyles' spin off "Mouldy Lookin' Stain" which was very bloody funny
GLC piss me off. I don't care if it's guns or rappers that kill people, blokes with lisps still shouldn't rap.

I've seen them live a few times but it was a very long time ago, maybe even pre 'Dookie'. The new song is fab 'tho. Sounds just like the old stuff even 'tho Billy Joe is a little old - hee hee.

I saw Goldie Lookin' Chain supporting Super Furry Animals earlier this year. For the first minute (or possibly less) of seeing them on stage I was absolutely cringing. Then I realised they were taking the urine and I started to enjoy it a bit more. By the end of the set I'd reached the conclusion that they were fairly amusing (though their jokes were very limited), but really nothing to write home about. Maybe if I was into rap I'd like them more...
Except Billie Joe did mess up at one point (very obviously, even to me), which was well funny. It was still a fantastic show though.

GLC make me laugh, but I'm getting a bit sick of it. The stupidest part at Reading was when the 'police' came on and danced around.
Speaking of GLC, there's an interview with them in this weeks Kerrang! and it is actually very funny!
