Well, if you know anything about them, then you would know that the saga that went on with their main guitarist when he initially left meant that the bands fans were in tatters.

Wes Borland, a guitarist who in my opinion is one of the best in the world, left to start his own venture called Eats the Day. Bizkit basically went though guitarist after guitarist and eventually found Mike Smith. Someone who showed great promise and in some aspects, was on a par with Boreland in my eyes. Smith was guitarist for Bizkits album Results May Vary.

However what Fred Durst was playing at from here, nobody knows.

They essentially fired Mike Smith (It was said that he left due to differences, but that's bollocks) and lo' and behold, Borland came back running with his tail between his legs after Eats the Day went belly up.

The original Bizkit lineup got back to work, and for some reason it took them 2 years to come up with what essentially is an EP entitled The Unquestionable Truth Part. 1 A CD that was very hit and miss amongst the fans.

Then what happens? They go and release a greatest hits!! So Wes came back for an EP and the guitar on a couple of cover tracks on the Greatest Hits album. What the hell was the point in that?

Now it has been said by Borland himself that he will not be working with Fred and the gan again. This is a direct quote from his myspace page.

So where does this leave the Bizkit? Essentially.. screwed. They haven't got a chance of getting a new guitarist after what they did to Smith, and it's a cert that Borland won't be back.. They wouldn't be daft to grovel to Smith as if he had any sense he would tell them to stuff it.

The end of Limp Bizkit perhaps? I think so......
