Paris Hilton's new video (no, not that kind...)
I've just seen a clip of the video for Paris Hilton's debut single "Stars are Blind", and I have to say I was quite surprised... I thought it was a pretty decent song and she sounded very good singing it. It's a bit of a slow, poppy reggae song. I actually thought it might be a cover at first, but I think that's just because it reminded me of Blondie's "The Tide is High". It's not at all the type of song I would've expected from her, and it's different to what most of the "young, pretty Americans" are putting out, and as such it's a very welcome change. I can see it being a big radio anthem this summer.

It's not her debut, she's done a trashy euro-pop dance song before who's name escapes me(I've got an MP3 of it somewhere). She did that tune a couple of years back as it also caused a bit of an argument with Nicole Richie. Why? Well at the launch party for that song Nicole swappedt the music video for a copy of "One Night With Paris". Miss Hilton was not amused
