I'd go for a William the Bloody romp through the 19th/20th centuries, all the flashbacks so far have been classy.

Have Chris Golden write it though. If his Pretty Maids All In A Row is anything to go by it'd be sensational. Joss Whedon needs to be put out to pasture until he can pull the finger out and stop believing his own hype. As the (rightly) last, unspeakably lazy season of Angel shows, I don't want to watch any show written by a guy who can say "I don't give the fans what they want, I give them what they need" with a straight face.

I was going to go with the historical option too, but the thought of a whole film with Dru in swayed me in the other direction (can't stand her) so i went with the future option.

I voted for the future one but *only* if it has flash backs

I thought I was the only one who thought that, Im sick of seeing in scifi magazines(and this is pretty much all of them) or websites how much of a god he is, if he wants his mantle back he will have to try hard as there is a lot better output coming from writers currently, especially some of his writers from buffy/angel.

It would be intresting to see most of the above apart from the BuffyAngel one who the hell wants that.

I gave Joss the benefit of the doubt when it was first said over the season six debacle because no one could respond well to the vitirol he recieved, and he had the excuse of being distracted by Firefly (not a good excuse, but still an excuse). However this latest season of Angel shows nowt's changed. Joss promised the network big things and failed, if I was running WB I'd have cancelled it.

I have no idea how the vote is shaping up because I refuse to click the buttons. I don't want an Angel TV movie 'cos they always suck.

Not if they're made by HBO; but then they're the exception that proves the rule.

This is a really hard choice! I've gone for a continuation of s5. The flashback Darla/Dru/Angel/Spike sounds ace as well. But I don't know where else they can go with the flashbacks though. And they might be worried about the ratings if they did a flashback one, 'cause really only Buffy/Angel fans would watch it, 'cause other people wouldn't get it.
