I agree with all your comments. It was good to see a healthy injection of humour in this ep, I felt it was a bit lacking in the early ones.
I'm mainly irritated by the three, although I suppose they provide a good springboard for humour. It was good to see the old Willow.

This episode bugged the hell out of me, even more than last week. They'd all be dead if it weren't for Willow's magic, and now they're throwing everything magic related away. What about the magic shop? Besides, it's quite obvious that she can do magic without a few candles and stuff, so what's the point?
This is a really awful...ummm...what's the word? for drugs. It just doesn't make any sense!

There's only one thing I can really think of to say about this episode...

Betcha by golly wow. The Troika's weapon of choice this week is,thanks to that stolen diamond,an invisibility ray.
Just make me different. Buffy complete with new adorable haircut goes all invisible girl and makes mischief most notably with Doris the Social Worker.
No candles,no charms. Good to see Willow managing to abstain from magic.
Picture me confused as invisible Buffy monster wrestles with Spike again.
While Xander and Anya mulder out what's happened to Buffy,she's a pudding. Willow makes a welcome return to her computer roots and tracks down the Lame Gunmen's hideout only to get held hostage.
Cue funny invisible confrontation scene in video game arcade and thanks to Willow,Buffy finally finds out who the geeks are that have banded together to be a pain in the butt to her before they get gone.
A good lighthearted episode.

I think it makes a lot of sense. It's about taking her out of temptation's way until she's got a little more willpower. Kind of like keeping an alcoholic away from beer?

Not a bad episode as far as I'm concerned, but it was too light-hearted to follow on from last week's episode. Whether you liked the Willow/drugs plot or not (I did, but I admit it was a little over-laboured), there was no real sense of end to it. Then we get this one, in which we get less than 5 minutes paid to the ongoing problem...

Continuity geek moment: Xander tripped over the fire hydrant that had been made invisible by the weapon. Why didn't he notice the rather large water-filled hole in the pavement? Answer is of course that there wasn't one, which means that Sunnydale's fire hydrants are just street decoration

Incidentally, do American's call traffic cones pylons then? Could cause a bit of confusion at the equipment hire shop. "I need a dozen pylons please" "Certainly sir, electrical or telephone?"

Spikes "exercising" exuse was so funnyit was nice to see a nice, light hearted buffy this episode..even we didn't strictly *see* her

Spike doing his "exercises" and i thought Buffy's hair at the beginning looked suspiciously wig-like... not sure whether i like the new style much yet.... and the evil Troika were just funny from start to finish... specially the fight in the arcade and Jonathan's put on deep voice saying "no-one you know!" LMAO!

After a reasonably entertaining start, this season is going down the toilet IMO. I am rarely in to watch it on a Thursday or Saturday and right now I doubt I will continue to set the video for much longer.

An enjoyable episode! The whole Willow/Magic(k) thing is annoying me a bit though. so is Dawn.

I really liked this episode. I'm not sure how much more of Buffy and Spike I can take though...its really funny at the moment, but I'm just wondering how much further they can go with it. Anyone have any thoughts ?

Its nice to see a bit of the old Willow back...I've missed her!

Good episdoe all around...not too sure about the nerds though. I'll have to see how that pans out. I'm enjoying this season

This season is definitely taking off, IMO. Some great writing and acting. They are balancing the comic aspects and serious, dark aspects well. The whole storyline involving Willow becoming 'addicted' to her art has been very well done. Can't wait till next week's

And I actually like Buffy's new hair. Think it suits her and I think she needed a change from the long and lank look. And, yeah, LMAO at Jonathan's Deepthroat voice!
