Channel 4 were supposed to air "Lost" in January/February. Then the "Desperate Housewives" phenomena exploded over here and it got bumped back to July. Now for some insane reason it's been bumped back again to August. They should've shown it in the New Year because i swear the UK will be the last country in the world to get it.

I'm really looking forward to seeing this whenever it airs, i'm spoiler-free though, so i don't know a thing about what happens.

I haven't seen any of it yet (alhough I've heard a bit when I was very drunk. All I remember was a dodgy cockney accent). I have been promised some episodes though so I'm looking forward to it

I'm spoiler free as well but *if* it's as good as people say then it might be worth *aquiring* a copy to see what all the fuss is about.

Lost is absolutely fantabulous and definitely worth a watch. Once you stop, you won't be able to stop

Lost was on a few weeks ago when I was in Australia on one of their main networks, its about 5th in the ratings so pretty popular.

And on the question of is it any good and Season 1 is excellent. Roll on September for Season 2

Id imagine people dont want to spoil it for you.

Basically its about a plane from Sydney to Los Angeles which crashes on an Island and the survivors attempts to stay alive on an island that isnt everything that it seems. It isnt just set on the Island there are flashbacks to the characters lifes before they boarded the plane, and these are as important to the storyline as the sections that take place on the island.

Its hard to say exactly what its about without spoiling it.
