Lost - Season Four Discussion (currently up to 4x08)

Oooooooooooooooooooh.

That just about sums it up. This was a really good episode and an excellent start to the fourth season. I loved the flash forwards at the end of season three, and that continues here, with the focus mainly on Hurley, with some Jack thrown in. After they leave the island, but apparently before the flash forward at the end of s3.

I really want to know what happens/happened. Now!

The interaction between Jack, Locke and Ben was fantastic and they are really the three most interesting characters at the moment. It's a shame some of the others took a backseat, but they'll come to the fore again.

Despite really enjoying it, I do have a love/hate relationship with the show. I love it... but I hate never getting any real answers, only getting more questions. But I love it really.

Great start.

Indeed, good guess.

I really enjoyed episodes 6 and 7. I was caught off guard by the ending to Ji Yeon and thought the flashback and forward in the same episode was really well used.

ep8 - ok, so thats how the spy got on the boat - but how the hell did he get away from the island in the first place?
and why didnt he want people knowing he was back in the US?

He got away from the island on the boat that the Others gave him, by following the correct heading...

My guess is he didn't want to tell anyone that he was back or who he was because he thought they'd find out what he'd done to get himself and Walt off the island.

Overall I enjoyed the episode, and I like Michael being back, but it wasn't quite as good as some of the others. Gotta wait a full month now until the next ep!

yeah, i got that, i was just wondering what happened between the boat put-put-putting off over the horizon, and michael trying to kill himself.
