Judging by this awesomeness of a trailer, the show isn't looking shabby.

I don't know what Doctor Who's budget is, but as it's BBC1's flagship show -- whoever thought they'd be typing that! -- I'll bet it's pretty generous, and the cuts are relative. So long as there's enough money to light the scenes properly and stop the sets wobbling, good writing will out.

Doesn't hurt that they cast a stunner of a companion, tho'.
